Booking Payment Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – MAYRA SHOP 365

To ensure smooth order processing and secure transactions, MAYRA SHOP 365 requires customers to follow the booking payment terms outlined below:

1. Advance Booking Payment

• A minimum advance of ₹200 is mandatory for orders up to ₹1800. (₹1800 तक के ऑर्डर पर कम से कम ₹200 एडवांस देना अनिवार्य है।)
• This advance payment must be made after placing the order to confirm the booking.
• For higher-value orders, the booking amount may increase accordingly.
• Note: Certain products and delivery locations may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Order Confirmation

• Orders will be confirmed only after successful receipt of the advance payment.
• Orders without advance payment will not be processed.

3. Payment Proof Requirement (with QR Code Option)

• Customers must share a payment screenshot after completing the advance payment.
• Payment can be made via:
  • UPI ID: MAYRASHOP365@KOTAK
  • QR Code (Scan & Pay – see below image on page)
• “Scan QR → Pay booking → Order Confirm ✅ → Fast Dispatch 🚀”
• Payment proof should be sent via:
  • WhatsApp or call: 9310892027 / 8866667195
• After receiving the booking amount, we will provide:
  • ✅ Parcel tracking link
  • ✅ Shipping label/details
• Payment screenshot should be shared within 48 Hours else orders will not be processed or confirmed. (पेमेंट प्रूफ मिलने तक ऑर्डर प्रोसेस या कन्फर्म नहीं किया जाएगा।)

4. Remaining Balance Payment

• The remaining amount must be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery.
• Delivery will only be completed after full payment is received.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Before Dispatch (Before Tracking Details Shared):
  ✔️ Full refund of advance payment.
• After Order Processing (Packing Started but Not Dispatched):
  ✔️ Partial refund (after deducting handling/processing charges).
• After Dispatch:
  ❌ No refund of advance payment.
  It will be treated as two-way shipping, handling, and courier charges.

6. Non-Compliance

Failure to follow payment instructions or submit payment proof may result in:

• Delay in order processing
• Order cancellation
• Preference to other customers who make payment

7. Agreement

By placing an order and making the advance payment, the customer confirms that they have:

• Read
• Understood
• Agreed to this Booking Payment Policy
